• Complete daily prep assignments and assist with station setup. • Prepare, season, and cook menu items including meats, seafood, vegetables, and desserts. • Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency. • Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and broilers safely. • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas to meet health standards. • Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure safe consumption. • Assist in prepping ingredients by washing, cutting, and measuring food items. • Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of meals. • Follow food safety procedures and proper storage guidelines. • Monitor food stock levels and communicate needs to Supervisor/Manager. • Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager to include assisting with dishwashing as needed.
