  Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care to toddlers (ages 1–4). Support developmental milestones (language, motor, and social skills) through play, storytelling, music, and interactive activities. Plan and supervise daily routines, including meals, naps, playtime, and outings. Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment. Assist with potty training and diaper changes. Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and emotional development. Monitor health and safety at all times; administer basic first aid if necessary. Communicate regularly with parents regarding daily activities, progress, and concerns. Perform light household tasks such as children’s laundry, tidying play areas, and cleaning related to childcare. Drive children to and from activities as needed.
