RFI response: The worker performs routine fast food service and support duties in both a commercial kitchen and at mobile food carts. The position includes taking customer orders, handling transactions, serving prepared meals, and assisting with cleaning and basic food-related tasks. Work is performed at assigned mobile food cart locations and the company’s commercial kitchen facility. At the mobile food cart, the worker sets up the cart at the beginning of the shift, stocks supplies, wipes down surfaces, and prepares the service area.
