Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hands. Properly store and sanitize all clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Sort and remove trash and recyclables, placing it is designated pickup areas. Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, coolers, and storage areas. Maintain all kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean, organized and orderly manner. Shifts vary and range from 5:00 am - 1:00 pm, 7:00 AM TO 3:00 PM, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, 3:00 PM – 11: 00 PM. 35 Hours per week. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. $19.00 per hour and $28.50 per hour for OT when available. On the job training will be provided, if necessary, but it is not required. Employer will conduct background check prior to offer of employment.
