  Develop new drink menu for season and train staff in execution. Participate as needed in preparation and service of drinks. Prepare work schedules of and oversee work of 2-3 other bartenders, including ensuring adherence to health and safety rules, ensuring cleanliness of bar and that drinks are prepared properly, resolving customer issues, ensuring bar tenders are requesting identification from customers and serving customers responsibly, etc. Will also manage drink inventory and oversee Point of Sale system and collection of money from customers.
