Facilitate food service. Clean tables; remove dirty dishes; replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes. Supply service bar with food; and serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons. Includes food running to the guest tables and banquet areas. Also will include some setup for catering and banquet events. Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Aman Resorts. Shifts vary and range from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. 35 hours per week. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Business is open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. Base hourly pay is $8.00 plus service gratuities, guaranteeing a minimum of $15.46 per hour. $23.19 per hour for OT when available. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Employer will conduct criminal background check prior to offer of employment for those who have worked in the United States previously.
