This position is a cross-functional position that assists both the Back of the House Food & Beverage team and the Front of the House Food & Beverage Team. Responsible for the cleaning of plates, glassware, silverware, by dishwashers or wash by hand. Responsible for light prep work, including provide final garnishes to plates before dining service and inspects dishes to ensure consistent quality of presentation. Assists Servers and Bartenders by running food from the kitchen to the appropriate dining table or bar position. Assist in bussing tables throughout service. Assists in resetting tables to the restaurant standards. Restocks expeditor station and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments, and linen. Maintains a clean kitchen, dining area and event space. Removes trash and places it in the designated garbage disposal area. Responsible for setup and breakdown of meetings and events. Shifts range from 6:00 AM – 2:30PM, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00AM – 4:30PM, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, 3:00 PM -11:30 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00AM. 35 hours per week. Shift times will vary and will work weekends, holidays, split and rotate shifts. $15.00 per hour and $22.50 per hour for OT when available. Employer will pay for a pre-hire background check. On the job training will be provided if needed but is not required.
