Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hands. Properly store and sanitize all clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other service equipment. Sort and remove trash and recyclables, placing it is designated pickup areas. Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, coolers, and storage areas. Maintain all kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean, organized and orderly manner. Maintain cleanliness of all heavy duty kitchen equipment. Assist banquet department in setting up and breaking down catering events. Assist culinary department into the production of large plated events in catering. Some indoor and outdoor walking and work required, working with chemicals and water/steam daily. Normal shift time required of workers include: 6 am – 2:30 pm; 8 am – 4 pm; 4 pm – 12 am. Holidays and weekends included. Workers will work at least 35 hours per week and will work holidays, weekends, spilt, and rotate shifts. $16.00 per hour. $24.00 per hour OT. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Employer will conduct a criminal background check post offer, prior to start of employment. On the job training is not required but will be provided if necessary.
