Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, sandwiches, breads, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants and cafes, and quick-serve locations. Proper food preparation, sanitation, storage, and service. Includes prep work, sauteing, baking and grilling as well as buffet and banquet culinary service. Shifts vary and range from 6am – 2pm; 7:00 am - 3:00 pm; 8am-4pm, 10a-6p, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm; 1:00 - 9:00; 3pm – 11pm, 11pm - 7:00am. Open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy, and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. $17 per hour and $25.50 per hour for OT when available. Possible quarterly performance bonuses and holiday bonuses. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. All applicants (US workers and foreign workers) must meet hiring standards of Harrah's: must have a criminal background check and drug test prior to start of employment. On the job training is not required but will be provided if necessary.
