Must successfully complete the Dealer Training School program and pass subsequent audition. Operate and deal table games. Learn and apply the game rules and casino policies. Provide guests with courteous superior customer service while promoting an entertaining environment. Provide gaming instructions to guests. Maintain an upbeat attitude and positive energy with guests. Ability to count large sums of currency and exchange cash for table chips. Possess money handling skills. Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and guidelines. Shifts vary and range from 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 1pm-9pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy, and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. 35 hours per week. Wages: Training class - $20 per hour for training class. Tipped position: Base rate $5.25 per hour + tokes. Guarantee wage of at least $19.43 per hour. $29.14 per hour OT when available. Possible quarterly performance bonuses and holiday bonuses. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. All applicants (US workers and foreign workers) must meet hiring standards of Harrah's: must have a criminal background check and drug test prior to the start of employment. On the job training is required and be provided if necessary.
