  Assist pool installation crews with basic manual labor tasks. This role does not involve performing technical pool installation work. Duties include: Hand-digging trenches and graded areas for pool layout and equipment pads Moving, loading, and unloading landscaping materials, gravel, dirt, and construction supplies Hauling debris and construction waste from the job site to designated disposal areas Backfilling areas with hand tools under direction Cleaning and preparing work areas Assisting crew by supplying materials and tools as directed Following site safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
