  Assist roofers with installation and repair of steep-slope roofing (primarily asphalt shingles). Duties include staging and lifting materials to roof level, setting ladders and safety gear, assisting with tear-offs, cleaning roof decks, tacking underlayment as directed, spotting/operating material lifts, and keeping roof areas organized. Must be able to work at heights on pitched surfaces and lift/carry up to 75 lbs. Work is outdoors in all weather; overtime/weekends as needed. Employer provides all tools, supplies, PPE, and fall protection at no cost; on-the-job training provided. Transportation between worksites provided.
