  Parks On Tap is a seasonal venue serving appetizers and sandwiches, along with drinks, including burgers, cheesesteaks, salads, various wraps and sandwiches. Applicants will prepare for their shift by setting up and maintaining their food station and will other cooks in the kitchen in grilling, cooking, or frying the requested patron's orders. Will ensure the safety of the food serving to patrons by following methods that require short preparation time. Applicants may use and are proficient with knives for chopping, fryer, grills and/or stove tops, in addition to being proficient at using the equipment such as deep fryers, flattops, pizza ovens, garn/salad and grill stations to prepare the above mentioned foods, and will adhere to sanitary standards at all times.
