  Performs various landscape/turf/groundskeeping maintenance and upkeep: cutting/removal of existing landscapes and grading; mowing, planting, raking, trimming, and debris removal; installs landscape and drainage materials and repairs broken irrigation system components; and spreads and lays materials, such as fertilizer, seeds, and pesticides. Optional company housing will be provided free of charge for employees outside of commuting distance. Employees who do not require or use company housing will receive a housing reimbursement of $231.00 per pay period.
