Lead front-of-house service, including reservations management, guest greeting, seating, menu and wine presentation, resolving guest concerns, and overseeing dining room service activities to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Help train and supervise service staff on fine-dining standards, sanitation/safety, and sequence of service. Coordinate table service execution, including specialty preparations (e.g., tableside carving, wine service, etc.), and ensure proper pacing, portioning, and presentation. Assist with FOH administrative tasks, end-of-shift reconciliation, inventory monitoring, and reviewing any operational issues. Perform other similar, related tasks as needed.
