In anticipation of new branch opening, sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Use WMS system to complete inventory transactions. Read orders or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. Review and build outbound shipments per layout schematic provided for new branch. Support team lead to ensure load schedule adheres to increased inventory buys in advance of branch opening. Record amount of materials or items received or distributed. Use computer to enter records. Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
