  Clean dishes, glasses, flatware, and kitchen implements. Follow proper dishwashing procedures to sanitize according to health and safety standards. Organize and prioritize dishware in assigned dish station to efficiently to wash multiple loads. Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks, following proper safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their coworkers. Occasionally wash larger pots and pans by hand. Take garbage and trash to the dumpster area. Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors. Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift. Help receive and stock deliveries of kitchen supplies.
