  Job requires frying food, grilling meat and fish to proper temperatures. Job includes but is not limited to: cutting fish, pounding chicken, cutting vegetables, prepping bread for sandwiches, making salads and sauces. Filtering oil. Opening and closing the kitchen. Clean up at the end of night shift. General cleaning duties and assistance throughout the shift as needed.
