The International Market Development Specialist will support the company's expansion to offer its services to Ukrainian and Eastern European entrepreneurs. Duties will include: Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits in Eastern Europe to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand for U.S. business formation and investment services. Conducting research on consumer opinions, marketing strategies, and local business practices, collaborating with marketing teams and external consultants in the region. Seeking and providing information to help the employer determine its position in the Eastern European marketplace. Forecasting and tracking marketing and outreach trends, analyzing collected data to assess market potential and feasibility for expansion abroad. Gathering and evaluating data on competitors, including their pricing, services, and methods of marketing and distribution. Monitoring industry statistics, regulatory developments, and trends in trade and investment literature. Developing and implementing procedures for identifying advertising and outreach needs for Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking client segments. Serving as a cultural and linguistic liaison with Ukrainian and Russian-speaking clients and partners, ensuring accurate adaptation of promotional, legal, and business materials. Assisting in the development of bilingual communication protocols and adapting presentations, contracts, and reports to local standards. Coordinating and attending events, webinars, and pilot campaigns directed at Ukrainian and Eastern European entrepreneurs and investors exploring U.S. LLC formation and real estate opportunities. Preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically, and translating complex research insights into written recommendations for management.
