Check customer IDs. Answer questions. Take drink orders. Mix and serve drinks to customers and waitresses as necessary. Serve wine and draft or bottled beer. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Collect payment. Clean and sanitize glasses, utensils and other bar equipment. Stock bar and maintain inventory. Clean bars and tables and maintain an organized and sanitized work area. Will work shifts of 10am-4pm or 4pm-10pm, workdays vary Sun-Sat.
