  Assist in all stations of the kitchen with food prep, serving and cleaning. Wash, chop, prepare and store ingredients. Prepare simple menu items under Chef’s direction. Plate prepared items under Chef’s direction. Wash dishes, utensils and cooking items. Serve as a meat carver or food runner for special events. Clean workstations, cooking equipment and food storage areas. Sweep and mop floors. Take inventory and rotate stock. Report all damaged and faulty equipment to the Chef. Will work shifts of 10am-4pm or 4pm-10pm, workdays vary Sun-Sat
