Landscape, plant, repair and maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning, maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, cleaning up and assisting with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonery wall units. This is a full time, temporary job. Work days/hrs are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, 40hrs/week, overtime as needed. Pay is $18.91/hr with OT pay at $28.37/hr. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. Work will be performed in multiple worksites located within the counties of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Portage. The employer will provide transportation from shop to work locations. If requested, shared accommodation is available at fair market value & wage will be deducted for the reasonable cost (the lodging may not be employer-owned rather the employer arranges it on behalf of the workers the employee's check will be deducted by max $100/week).
