***RFI Response #2*** To ensure safety, worker shall only maintain small non-motorized landscaping tools by tightening and replacing screws or bolts and sanding any rough surfaces (such as shovels). Worker will NOT do any maintenance on any of the motorized equipment, which will be transported to a third-party mechanic for further inspect on and repair. ***RFI Response #1*** (1) Workers will remove tree limbs, but will not climb trees, use lifts, or perform any work in the canopy, any and all trimming activities will be completed using extendable pole saws, pole pruners, loppers, and ground-level equipment. (2) If necessary work will clear snow, and will use only shovels for any snow removal. (3) Maintenance tasks include: tightening or replacing screws and hardware, sanding any rough surfaces, applying sealant or protective coatings. ***Original F.a.2*** DUTIES: employer maintains both commercial and residential properties and is looking for hard-working responsible workers to join our team who will: operate a push or riding lawnmower; spread fertilizer, plant food, mulch, and other materials around plants; remove weeds and dead plants; prune overgrown limbs and leaves; operate string trimmer and edger to remove overgrowth and keep outdoor area tidy; remove tree limbs, overgrowth, and other hazards; use a leaf blower to clear walkways and pedestrian areas after lawn maintenance; maintain existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival; plant new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs; rake fallen leaves and remove debris; keep common areas clear of litter, snow and ice; properly store and maintain all equipment, tools, sprinklers.
