Worker is responsible for maintaining and cleaning lobby, entry and exterior of hotel. Perform light maintenance and light cleaning duties in common areas, including the lobby. hallways, restrooms and stairways to keep said areas safe, well lit and clean using ladders. screwdrivers, and hand tools (i.e. hammer and nails if necessary), adhesives, mops. sponges, vacuums and rags. Maintain outdoor parking area and hotel surroundings using typical outdoor supplies and materials such as leaf blowers, brooms and rakes. Remove and replace trash bags in garbage receptacles in lobby and lobby area restrooms. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and direct guests on where to park. Shifts are 8:00AM – 4:00PM, 12:00PM – 8:00PM; and 4:00AM – 10:00PM. Up to 5 hours of Overtime/wk possible. Wage paid within range of $22.22 - $23.00/hr based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employees will work 5 days/wk but days of the week and shifts will vary weekly. Employees must be able to commit to entire period of need. Will train. Possible bonuses based upon performance at employer's discretion. Employer will make all deductions from paychecks as required by law. A standard work week will be used to compute wages. Employer will provide employee(s), without charge or deposit charge any tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). Employee will be reimbursed for initial inbound subsistence and transportation after 50% of employment period is completed. Upon completion of the period of need, or if employee is dismissed early, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs and subsistence of outbound, return, transportation back to where employee came from, unless the employee does not return. The amount of transportation reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence for travel will be provided at a rate of $16.28/day up to a max of $68.00/day with proof by receipts. Employees will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period to the total employment period.
