• Offer description:

  Worker will maintain lawns, shrubs, flower beds and walkways on farm market grounds. Tasks include: mowing lawns with push or riding lawn mower, ground level trimming and pruning trees and shrubs, maintaining walkways, fertilizing and watering lawns and flower beds, mulching grounds, removal of dead and diseased plants. Worker will remove snow from walkways using a shovel and will spread salt on snow- or ice-covered walkways and other surfaces as directed areas. Worker will regularly inspect grounds for debris and remove debris as directed. Worker will use hand tools to rake, sweep and bag leaf debris, dirt and trash to remove debris from streets, sidewalks, and parking lots. Worker will transport trash and debris to designated central collection points daily. Worker will empty garbage can that weighs up to 50 pounds. Worker will clean buildings, floors, bathrooms, windows, walls and doors. Worker will plant evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs for retail customers with hand tools and motorized machinery. For tree and shrub planting, workers may be asked to jointly lift trees or shrubs weighing up to 100 pounds. Pay will be hourly.
