  Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time such as pre-sliced raw meat, seafood, and vegetables for Mexican dishes such as fajitas and tacos. Heat up a variety of pre-prepared foods in the oven, fryer, microwave, steamer, or griddle. Assemble and plate pre-cooked food (cooked meats, seafood, and sauces) for entrees. Put toppings and condiments on the food. At the end of the shift, put away any unused ingredients and clean all working surfaces.
