  Assist lumber production workers by organizing and moving lumber materials. Load and unload lumber materials and feed into machines specialized for wood components manufacturing. Operate production equipment, including the planer, to support processing and workflow. Safely handle,sort, and stack lumber by batch, dimension, species, and grade, ensuring all materials are placed accurately and neatly into the appropriate wood handling carts. Utilize pallet jacks to move lumber, and perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance checks, as well as basic maintenance, inspection, and housekeeping for the pallet jacks. Prepare lumber for shipment by efficiently organizing and staging materials. Maintain a clean and safe work area free of debris, clutter, and dust to ensure an efficient work environment.
