***RFI response*** Detailed List of Food and Drink Items: • Boba Tea & Milk Tea: Taro, Thai tea, brown sugar, matcha, jasmine milk tea, fruit teas. • Coffee Drinks: Iced lattes and flavored coffee beverages. • Ramen: Tonkotsu, shoyu, spicy creamy, and veggie ramen (assembled from pre-made broths and prepared ingredients). • Onigiri: Tuna mayo and other fillings (assembled from pre-cooked rice and pre-portioned ingredients). • Grab-and-Go Items: Steamed buns, shomai, packaged snacks, and pre-prepared items. Detailed Description of Tasks Involved: • Ingredient Handling: Measuring powders, syrups, teas, and coffee portions; transferring cooked boba into warmers; handling pre-made broths; portioning rice and fillings; storing items following food-safety standards. • Drink Assembly: Using digital scales, milk frothers, shakers, blenders, hot-water dispensers, and an espresso machine to create standardized drinks. Tasks include steeping teas, mixing powders, pulling espresso shots, shaking drinks, sealing cups, and adding toppings. • Food Prep: Heating pre-made ramen broth; portioning noodles; adding toppings (egg, nori, tofu, vegetables); assembling onigiri with molds; wrapping with seaweed; steaming buns or shomai using a countertop steamer; placing items into containers or packages. • Tools/Equipment Used: Espresso machine, hot-water dispenser, digital scales, refrigeration units, blenders, shakers, ramen pots, steamers, rice cooker, sealing machine, portioning scoops, knives, cutting boards. • Made-from-Scratch vs Pre-Made: Teas, coffees, and fruit drinks are assembled in-house using powders, syrups, and brewed ingredients. Ramen broth, boba, steamed buns, shomai, and onigiri fillings are pre-made or pre-portioned, then heated and assembled by staff. No advanced cooking is required. ***Original*** Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries; Operate point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions; Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product displays; Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail and food prep areas; Support food prep including packaging, basic ingredient handling, and drink assembly; Follow all food safety and hygiene standards; and Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
