  Responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, pots, and pans. Maintain clean and organized workstations in the kitchen, mop floors, and clean kitchen equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Assist with cleaning and organizing service areas, banquet items, and dishware from all outlets. Support overall kitchen and service operations by keeping all areas orderly, restocked, and ready for use throughout each shift. Ensure proper trash removal and disposal in accordance with sanitation standards, and assist with putting away daily orders and organizing storage areas as needed. No minimum education or prior work experience is required. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with the culinary and service teams is essential. The role requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, with frequent pulling, pushing, and bending. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle exposure to heat, cold, and cleaning chemicals in a kitchen setting. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to cleanliness and safety are expected. On-the-job training is provided.
