Position offered is for an experienced kitchen prep with a minimum of 3 months experience in restaurant service who is able to work with and model company methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, supporting kitchen and service operations through tasks like food preparation, cleaning, and stocking. Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces, assisting chefs with food prep, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized and safe workspace in compliance with health codes. Cutting and chopping the meat, marinating meats, preparing ingredients by washing and peeling vegetables, measuring and mixing dry ingredients, Preparing salads, sandwiches, and other cold food dishes. Using knives, peelers, and graters for precise cutting and shaping, whisks and spatulas for mixing, and a variety of measuring tools, including scales and cups. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds.
