  Perform a variety of resort grounds maintenance duties during resort's off-season to improve and maintain ski resort property and facilities to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Grounds maintenance duties include: keep hiking trails clear by removing litter, clearing brush, and pruning trees and shrubs; assist with landscaping installations and maintenance projects such as new tree and shrub planting, pruning, and trimming, laying sod, mowing, and seasonal soil treatments; maintain and repair landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, shears, chainsaws, and other similar hand and power tools, as needed; help perform annual equipment maintenance and upkeep tasks performed during off-season. Perform other similar, related tasks as needed.
