Ten fulltime temporary positions available for work beginning April 1, 2026 and continuing through December 1, 2026, with 40 hours work provided weekly, 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, at $20.19 per hour or higher, with optional overtime offered at $30.29 hour or higher. No prior training required, nor prior experience or education, nor is any on-the-job training required, as clear and simple instructions are provided on-site by the supervising leader. Ground Person duties include ground-level pruning and ground-level trimming; also raking and providing ground support. Ground Person duties include chipping at times, and also then applying protective mulches and fertilizers; also collecting and hauling out debris, and loading crew vehicles. Ground Persons observe for any shrub or plant or hedge problems and inform crew leaders. The position is entry-level and non-agricultural. Ground Persons attend a daily Safety Briefing.
