Help to Plan and develop a menu featuring a diverse range of Caribbean dishes; Prepare Ingredients, spices, and sauces required for Caribbean recipes, ensuring adherence to authentic flavors and cooking methods; Executive cooking techniques specific to Caribbean cuisine, including grilling, stewing, marinating, and frying, to create delicious dishes; Wash, peel, and slice fruits and vegetables for consumption; Crave and trim meats; Examine and sanitize food preparation spaces; Verify that food us stored and cooked at appropriate temperatures; Utilize baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming methods for meats, fish, vegetables, and various foods; Ensure that all dishes meet high- quality standards in taste, appearance, and portion sizes; Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for Caribbean dishes; and work closely with Kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service during peak hours.
