***RFI Response #2*** Restock bottles with chemicals and adhere to health and safety regulations: Restock and refill spray bottles with SINTAS brand chemicals from a dispenser provided by Sintas whilst wearing nitrile gloves at the end of their shift (Floor cleaner, Foaming Degreaser, Washroom Cleaner/Disinfectant) and adhere to health and safety regulations in accordance with OSHA health and safety laws for the commonwealth of Massachusetts for housekeepers, such as but not limited to: Thoroughly reviewing and training workers on the use, storage and emergency spill procedures for cleaning chemicals, Ensuring that all containers of cleaning products and chemicals are labeled to identify their contents and hazards, Providing workers with a place to wash up after using cleaning chemicals. ***RFI Response #1*** Thoroughly clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, stovetops, and kitchen appliances (such as refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers). Wipe down cabinets, drawers, and handles. Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, including light switches and doorknobs. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Sweep and mop floors to ensure a spotless, hygienic environment. ● Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including sinks, faucets, countertops, mirrors, toilets, and showers/tubs. Scrub grout lines, remove soap scum, and wipe down all tiles and surfaces. Replenish toiletries such as toilet paper, soap, and tissues as needed. Empty bathroom trash cans and replace liners. Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and sanitation. ● Living Rooms: Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, electronics, and light fixtures. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery, paying close attention to edges and corners. Clean glass surfaces such as coffee tables, windows, and mirrors. Organize and straighten the room, including pillows and throws. ● Bedrooms: Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and light fixtures. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Make beds with fresh linens, ensuring neatness and cleanliness. Organize and straighten personal items, such as books and clothing, to maintain a tidy appearance. Empty trash cans and replace liners. Office Cleaning: ● General Office Areas: Vacuum carpets and rugs, including under desks and around furniture, to remove dust and debris. Dust and wipe down office furniture, such as desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and bookshelves. Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as keyboards, phones, and light switches. ● Bathroom Cleaning: Similar to residential cleaning, thoroughly clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and showers/tubs (if applicable). Wipe down mirrors, countertops, and all bathroom fixtures. Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Empty trash cans and replace liners. ● Equipment Cleaning: Ensure all office equipment, such as computers, copiers, and printers, is wiped down with appropriate cleaners to avoid damage. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure that cords and cables are neatly arranged to prevent hazards. Additional Responsibilities: ● Restocking Supplies: Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies, including disinfectants, paper products, and other cleaning agents. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and cleaning materials. ● Physical Requirements: Applicants must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, including cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners, and other equipment. Ability to bend, kneel, and perform tasks that require flexibility and mobility. ***Original F.a.2*** Duties include residential home cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and bedrooms; Office cleaning: vacuum, bathroom cleaning, dusting of office furniture and equipment.
