  Set up and stock up station with all necessary supplies; Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces); Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff; Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions; Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately; Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion; Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards; Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers; ** 5 shifts per week, on a rotating basis, generally from 8am until 4pm, 4 pm to 10 pm or a mid day 8 hour shift withing the hours of 10:30am and 9:30pm. These may vary per day, must be available on weekends and holidays. Days-off vary. ** Please, change F.a.5 Total Hours to 40 *** The workers will be performing their duties at Mom and Pops Burgers at 1603 Main St, Chatham, Aplaya Kitchen and Tiki Bar at 483 Main St, Chatham and Mom and Pops Food Truck - Locations where the truck will travel to are listed in Appendix A - Multiple Worksites
