  Assist in all areas of food production as needed. Ensure orders are cooked to specifications that meet quality controls and guest satisfaction. Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness, and arranging and garnishing the dishes. Prep food, restock stations and properly rotate food items. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area at all times. Ensure kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained at all times. Deep clean all kitchen and restaurant areas upon closing. Work days vary Sun-Sat.
