  Assist experienced Cooks with food preparation and simple cooking tasks such as grilling or sautéing. Cut meats and veggies and prepare other food items for cooking. Assist other kitchen staff as necessary to ensure that food orders are prepared in a timely manner. Do dishes and sanitize all pots, pans, cooking equipment and eating utensils. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation. Adhere to all food safety regulations and processes. Break-down and clean-up kitchen at the end of the day shift. Will work shifts of 6am-2pm or 2pm-11pm, workdays vary Sun-Sat
