Iron Tails Enterprises, dba Iron Tails Saloon Worksite Address: 559 Route 109, Acton, ME 04001 Seeking, 6 seasonal full-time food preparation workers. Dates of need 4/1/26-10/15/26. Wash, cut, peel clean such items as seafood, meats, poultry, vegetables & salads. Keeps kitchen areas clean & sanitized. Stores all products in proper locations. Wash, dry pots, pans, utensils. days vary Monday-Sunday. Must work weekends & holidays. 40 hr wk, O/T 0-10 hr wk. Discretionary bonus may be given at employer's discretion. The employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. All deductions from the workers' paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging), to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expense (subsistence is $16.28 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of $68 per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Optional shared group rental housing available for ($100.00 weekly) to be deducted bi-weekly from paycheck. Deductions will be taken from workers' paycheck as required by law.
