WILL TRAIN TO PREPARE AND COOK PIZZA AND OTHER MENU ITEMS THAT REQUIRE ONLY A SHORT PREPARATION TIME; cooking a variety of foods that need fast service. Items to include primarily pizza, but also the quick preparations of sandwiches, wraps, salads, French fries and chicken tenders. Cooking pizza to order in the Oven, hand stretching pizza dough, applying sauce, cheese and toppings as per order. Prepping in advance according to company recipe pizza dough, pizza sauce, grating fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Requires using hand utensils, cutting boards, knives, pizza cutter and pizza peel. Other menu items to be prepared include assembling sandwiches, wraps and salads according to company specifications. Additionally frying French fries, chicken tenders and chicken wings in the fryolator as well. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT/CARRY UP TO 50 LBS AND STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS OF THE WORK AREA AND EQUIPMENT. SHIFTS REQUIRED TO WORK ARE: 10AM-4PM, 12PM-8PM AND/OR 3PM-9PM. 5 DAYS PER WEEK, AT LEAST 36 HOURS PER WEEK, DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE.
