  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. • Make beds, change linens, and manage laundry of bedding, towels, and other materials. • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas, including fixtures, mirrors, and countertops. • Empty trash and recycling containers, and ensure proper disposal of waste. • Monitor and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly. • Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items as needed. • Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing, window cleaning, and appliance cleaning. • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and adhere to established cleaning standards. • Assist with special projects, event setup, or other duties as assigned. • Travel between assigned properties within the workday as required. • Ensure timely completion of tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and property presentation.
