M&S Corporation dba Terrace by the Sea at 23 Wharf Ln, Ogunquit, Maine 03907 (info@terracebythesea.com; 207-646-3232) seeks 3 Groundskeepers, temporary FT, 4/1/26 -11/15/26. Duties include cleaning of debris on grounds such as papers, sticks/branches, leaves. Trimming of grass, shrub. Planting & watering of flowers. Dumping of rubbish in dumpsters. No experience needed. No education required. 35 hrs/wk. Must work weekends and holidays, rotating shifts between 7:00am and 3:00pm. $22.33/hr. OT may be available at $33.50/hr. May be eligible for bonuses based on performance. Pay will be computed based on single workweek, will be paid weekly on Friday, and will include all deductions required by law. If desired, optional housing available via payroll deduction ($130 weekly). All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties will be provided without charge or deposit charge. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker via company check for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workerâs reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker.)
