- Offer description:
**RFI Response** Fountain Soda. These workers would NOT be serving any alcoholic beverages. For a fountain drink, the worker would take the proper size cup in their hand, use an ice scoop to scoop ice into the cup (unless the patron ordered no ice), place the cup under the nozzle, press the cup against the lever and fill the cup. Take a lid from the lid supply and secure this on the top of the cup. From time to time, the worker would need to restock the cups, lids and ice from the appropriate storage area. If the machine runs out of syrup, the worker would need to locate in the storage area the proper flavor of prepackaged syrup, disconnect the empty syrup container, connect the full syrup container, and then discard the empty container. Lemonade. On a cutting board, the lemons would be cut in half. See through plastic cups and lids would be brought from storage. A food service quality bin of ice with ice scoop would be placed into the work area. Workers serving lemonade would stand at the front counter, communicating with the customer. After taking the order, would scoop ice into a cup, pick up (with gloved hand), and squeeze Lemon Juice into the cup, using a Squeezer. Pre-mixed sugar water would be poured into the cup, and then the product would be served with lid and straw to the patron after payment. Snacks. Packaged snacks, such as chips, candy bars, cookies, pastry (all in individual wrappers) would be unboxed, put into the display case, and handed to a patron if and when the patron ordered one of the snacks. **Original** Perform a variety of duties at traveling carnival, assembling, disassembling & operating equipment (game and/or food concessions) May sell tickets & collect fees from customers; provide information about the facilities, rules and regulations; monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures; clean booths, facilities or grounds; inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform minor repairs, adjustments, or maintenance tasks; announce or describe amusement attractions to patrons to entice customers to games and/or other entertainment; and sell and serve refreshments to customers.
