**RFI** Assist guests with refueling guests’ boats by filling the boat with fuel from the resort’s pre-stocked fuel reserve and noting the gallons of gas on the client’s weekly invoice. **Original** Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain cabins and all resort housing / facilities in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning resort public areas, rooms and halls, emptying garbage, picking up debris around resort, and vacuuming. Respond to guests’ needs. Assist guests with refueling guests’ boats. May perform other job duties pursuant to 37-2012, Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners. F.a.5a-F.a.6b: 35+ hours/week. 14-hour shifts on Sat and 7-hour shifts the remaining days between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm with 2 days off per week. 5 days per week, Sun-Sat. May work evenings, weekends, holidays, as needed. Schedule (including workdays) may vary. May work more than the guaranteed hours. Workers will not work more than 48 hours per week. F.b.8a: Workers will be paid no less than the wage listed. Employer may pay higher wage rates to workers based on seniority with employer and level of skill. Overtime hours may vary. F.b.8c: Employer is a seasonal business, and under Minnesota law overtime pay is not required under 48 hours per week. Workers will not work more than 48 hours per week. F.b.9: Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
