Work in Recreation Department to coordinate activities including but not limited to : Bike Rental, Golf, and Kids Club. Encourage and register our guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a positive, relaxing and safe work atmosphere that enhances the guest experience and co-workers. Perform a variety of activities to ensure a positive and consistent experience for the guests. Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of all brand standards and hands-on interaction with guests and associates. Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities Recreations has to offer. Explain safety procedures and demonstrate the proper use of equipment to guests if needed. Frequently clean and maintain recreational equipment, supplies and facilities. Ensure the daily check list is completed and signed off on every shift If any recreational equipment is broken or needs maintenance inform the bike mechanic accordingly. Report any accidents or injuries to both the Recreations Manager and Security. Process payments for rental equipment. Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets according to company guidelines. Address any questions or concerns guests may have about recreational activities. Follow all department policies and procedures. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, leading and cultivating the attending children’s interest. Assist during peak business periods and be available to cover sick shifts and meal periods. Perform additional duties as assigned. May perform other job duties pursuant to 39-3091, Amusement and Recreation Attendants. F.a.5a-F.a.6b: 35 hours/week. 7+ hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid break each shift; shifts vary based on venue and may be any time between 5:30 am and 1:00 am. 5 days per week, Sun-Sat. May work evenings, weekends, holidays, as needed. Schedule (including workdays) may vary. May work more than the guaranteed hours. May work overtime. OT varies F.b.8a: Workers will be paid no less than the wage listed. Employer may pay higher wage rates to workers based on seniority with employer and level of skill. Overtime hours may vary. F.b.8a: Depending on work conditions, the employer may offer workers performing certain tasks during certain periods of the season an opportunity to earn an incentive bonus over and above the guaranteed rate of pay set forth above. If offered, such incentive bonuses will be based on the quantity and quality of work performed and offered to all workers working on the activity(ies) and during the time period(s) when such incentive bonuses are offered. If an incentive bonus is offered, the fact that the bonus is to be offered and the manner in which the bonus will be determined, will be explained to all affected workers before the start of any work period or activity subject to such a bonus. Incentive bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of the employer, and no bonus or opportunity to earn a bonus is promised or guaranteed.
