Using hand tools perform landscaping, including seeding & sodding; watering; digging holes using hand tools with a max width of 24 inches and a depth of 18 inches, holes are to plant; planting, hauling top soil & mulch. Must have OSHA 30 certification, requirement per our commerical and school related projects.Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.Must have OSHA 30 certification, requirement per our commerical and school related projects.. Pay starts at $19.80/hr to $21.80/hr but can vary from skill, experience on private jobs and $45.00-$70.00 on hour on prevailing wage jobs. Employee must join Local 110 union, one time initial fee of $70 to $250, monthly membership fee of $21 to $34. 2% of gross pay deducted and paid to local 110 Laborers Union fringe benefits fund and submitted to the union on the 15th of each month by Houska per union requirements. A small stipend may be given to workers when they first arrive, which may vary depending on their first payday. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Wright City, MO. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
