  Unload materials and tools from work trucks and assist in preparing the work site as directed. Set ladders, scaffolds and hoists in place for taking supplies to roofs. Assist in transporting materials to the roof using ropes and pulleys or carrying materials up ladders. Help skilled roofers with removing old roofing and installing/repairing roofs, flashings and surfaces. Check to ensure that completed work is watertight. Clear drains and downspouts and clean gutters. Assist with site clean-up upon job completion. Transfer trash from utility trailer to dumpster.
