Prepare, season and cook dishes such as breakfast, soups, meats, fish, vegetables, and desserts in a fine dining and casual dining establishments. Conduct inventory, put away deliveries, harvesting ingredients from onsite garden. Maintain clean kitchen area, wash dishes, and daily maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. In Event of Accident or Suspection of Use/Employer Paid Drug Test. Option to deduct rent from pay at $150 per week. (subject to change based on local market/inflation) Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. . 6 Months 6 months of related experience required.
