The workers will be expected to work a normal variety of restaurant work duties. Given the size of the restaurant and its operation, this is a singular, hybrid position that will various restaurant duties. This will include dishwashing, cleaning the kitchen, dishes, utensils, cooking area, etc. It will also include sorting and putting away dishes and utensils and other cooking equipment. Workers will also act at restaurant servers, runners, and table cleaners. Work will either be in a restaurant setting or may be in an outdoor environment; setting up food and beverage stations for events. Workers are responsible maintaining a professional level of cleanliness that adheres to all applicable guidelines and regulations. Workers can expect an up-tempo work environment during peak operating hours, to include prolonged periods walking or standing. The Workers must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 60 pounds at a time and bend, stoop, and wipe frequently. Working conditions may be hot and damp, as is natural in a kitchen setting, and workers must be able to fully submerse their hands in hot water as necessary to clean items. The workers must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
