Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts, according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures. Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving. Carry food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas. Assist with receiving and stocking food and beer deliveries, maintaining proper storage and inventory practices. Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks such as loading dishes into dishwashing machines, removal of trash, cleaning kitchen garbage containers, and other duties as assigned, to keep the kitchen and service areas safe. Shifts of 8 hours. Shifts and days of week vary. Business is open 7 days a week.
