  • Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service, following the hotel trained Forbes Standards • Have in-depth knowledge of all offerings on the menu and their ingredients to respond to all questions from a guest or patron • Prepare and serve drinks, including liquor, beer, wine, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks. • Follow standard recipes and use proper garnishes •Preform all aspects of sequence of service • Ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem that may arise, informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved • Locations may include poolside dining area, or indoor dining in one of two restaurants located within the hotel property, and ballrooms • This is a tipped position • Depending on skill and performance, may be assigned to one or more locations performing tasks as a server and/or bartender
